Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the service was excellent and the location was convenient for skiing, our experience was marred by maintenance issues in our room and some disappointing dining options. Overall, it felt like a mixed bag, leaving us unsure about returning next season.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel during the Sundance Film Festival. While the location was gorgeous and the service was impeccable, the initial room assignment left much to be desired. The amenities were decent, but there were some hiccups that could have been avoided. Overall, the hotel had great potential to be even better.
My recent stay at The Chateaux in Deer Valley was a memorable experience overall. The stunning views from the room truly wowed me and provided a great backdrop for our vacation. The staff, particularly Michael, were welcoming and eager to assist us, which made a significant difference in our stay. However, there were moments where the service felt less personal, especially with certain interactions that seemed a bit snobbish. The dining was lovely, though I wished the restaurant was open throughout our stay. Overall, a beautiful place to stay that has room for improvement in service consistency.
Our experience at The Chateaux Deer Valley was simply outstanding! The location is perfect, just a short shuttle ride from Park City and right next to skiing options. The rooms were clean and cozy, with fantastic amenities like fireplaces and beautiful mountain views. The staff truly made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to meet our needs. However, the on-site restaurant was closed during our stay, and not having breakfast included was a slight downside. Overall, it felt like a luxurious retreat with great value for the experience provided.
My stay at the Chateaux was memorable, with exceptional service that truly made us feel at home. The rooms offered stunning views and were nicely decorated, which added to the experience. However, I faced some setbacks such as the initial room with a Murphy bed and limited breakfast options, which could be improved. Overall, it’s a fantastic place that just needs a few tweaks to reach its full potential.
